Q: Does it matter where we live if we decide to use ASA for our adoption?

A: Not at all! ASA has helped couples from all over the United States, Europe and Mexico. In the states that require out-of-state agencies to license with them, ASA is licensed in New York, New Jersey and approved (all that is required) in Connecticut.

Couples outside of the U.S. should note that unknown birth fathers present special issues for them and should inquire with ASA staff.
