Regardless of your age, whether you are married or unmarried, an unplanned pregnancy can cause fear, loneliness and worry. It does not have to be that way. The answer to your dilemma could be the loving alternative called adoption. Naturally you want your unborn child to have the very best chance to be happy, secure and loved.
What are your options? How does adoption work?
There are many questions to answer before you make this most important of all decisions for yourself and your baby. Before you make this difficult decision, you need to sit down and discuss your situation calmly and rationally with someone who cares, someone who can answer your questions.
We at Adoption Services Associates are committed to helping you make the right decision. Our professional counselors will guide you through all of the options open to you. If you choose the loving alternative of adoption, we will help you every step of the way, right through the placement of your child with adoptive parents.
YOUR DECISION
You will never be pressured into making a decision. The choice you make has to be yours and we will respect your right to choose what you feel is best for your child and yourself.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Your right to privacy and confidentiality is assured and maintained at all times.
COUNSELING
(Click here to meet the counselors)

You will have individual and personal consultations, as little or as much as you want, with your counselor who will give you the gentle guidance and caring support unique to your special situation. You may discuss legal questions or problems related to the pregnancy.
MEDICAL CARE
The well-being of you and your unborn child is our primary concern. You will receive qualified health care from a medical doctor who has your best interest at heart. If you choose the loving option, all medical expenses are paid for, including your room at an approved hospital for delivery and post-delivery medical care.
HOUSING
We can help immediately with reasonable housing based on individual/family needs.
PERSONAL NEEDS
Food, personal hygiene and clothing allowances are provided.
TRANSPORTATION

We provide transportation to and from the doctor, the hospital and for other medical and maternity needs, at no cost to you.
PLACEMENT PLANNING
You will be given the opportunity to share in the adoptive family selection process. Your preferences and decision are honored. We do not exclude the biological father's involvement in this matter and would welcome his participation in the planning, if the situation is appropriate.
POST-ADOPTION
As required by state guidelines, we will make diligent efforts to inform you, in writing, about developing genetic conditions, terminal illness or death of your child when this information comes to the attention of our agency.
